Many thanks once again to our friends at Reed's School who offered up some super opposition teams for our Under 12 Boys. This match was special as it was the first time some of our U12 boys had played a match at all and also included two of our Under 10s. Thanks also to Reed's for lending us a goalie...

The girls played a really good game and it felt like we should have won but the winning goal escaped us...

20151115 GU14Team-200Guildford Ice welcomed Reading Bears to Broadwater. Having played 2 games in the league already, with a draw and a win, the girls were looking forward to the match. The U14 girls really looked the part in the new shirts. The reading coach kindly agreed to our request of 3x20minute periods and we were all set for the start...

20151115 BU12-200A great start to the game as it stopped raining before play started for the first time all day! This was the first 11 aside match for some of the boys against Reeds School U13s B team....

The Under 16 Boys are competing once again this year in the England Hockey Championships also known as the National Cup. Drawn into the West League 4 Pool alongside East Grinstead, Jersey, Horsham and Woking, the boys needed to come top two in the table to qualify for the Tier 2 round.

On Sunday the Meerkats headed to Surbiton for their second SEMH tournament of the year against 3 teams from the hosts, 1 from Indian Gymkhana (who instantly became known as the “horses”) and our teammates from Guildford, the Gazelles...

Early on Sunday morning the boys turned up in good spirits to play Epsom. After a quick change of clothing to distinguish them from the opposition, the game got under way...
