These sessions will help get you 'hockey fit' and there is really no excuse not to join in since it is FREE for all members (Adults, Juniors and Junior Parents, too).

Every Monday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm until it gets too dark.

Taking place on the grass near the Broadwater School gym (southwest of the Water base pitch). Come one, come all and Get Fit with Jenno.

Well done to those men and ladies who are taking advantage of our 'Back to Hockey' sessions. Newcomers very welcome:

- Mondays 8 to 9pm for the Ladies

- Wednesdays 8 to 9pm for the Men

Cost is £5 per session. Please make sure you are on the to be informed of any last minute changes.

For GHC Junior Members (Under 10 to Under 16) wishing to improve their skills, these sessions run from 6pm to 7pm and cost £5 per session.

Please be prompt as we have only one hour.
