 Dozens of Junior players and parents turned out for our pre-Christmas Family event...
Many thanks to for organising an afternoon for our younger Juniors to invite their parents to join in what they do every Friday night.
There were plenty of fun drills and exercises for all - some parents had not played for a long time were coming "Back to Hockey", some were new to it all, and a few were old hats (so to speak).
It was great to see the pitch brimming with players of all abilities and age groups learning and having fun.
Big thanks to all of those who helped run the day (Dan Fox and Mike Fitter) and who helped run the stations: Tom Carney, Ross Fergusson, Jeremy Holt, Ryan Colman, Archie, Matt Penney and more.
Mike is running Back to Hockey sessions at Broadwater on a Friday night. Contact if you would like to have a go - no pressure, the emphasis is on the learning and enjoyment.
