 On a beautiful October morning we arrived at St George’s College for a full morning of hockey. The girls warmed up and ran through a few routines in preparation for the tournament.
We started slowly which resulted in a few missed chances and the first game ending in a draw.
After the changeover we got back into our winning ways and the chances came and we started to put them away.
As the tournament went on we got stronger winning 3-0 in the next four games and finishing with a 5-0 in our final game.
All the girls played hard and are due a well deserved rest for the half term break.
Well done all and a massive thanks to all the parents for cheering us on, to the umpires and to OGHC Dragons for hosting a great tournament.
