 An early start at Kingston saw the girls warming up in the glorious sunshine in preparation for the OK’s tournament.

Goals: for 11(Martha 4, Grace 3, Jess 1, Isobel 1, Tamara 1, Bea 1.), against 0.
Quickly into their stride they put into practice a lot of what we have been learning at training, keeping the ball wide and driving into the “D” to get an early shot soon reaped rewards with the first game won 2-0.
The girls continued to work hard, Grace and Tamara tackling and distributing the ball through Bea and Jess for Martha, Isobel and Jasmine to drive the ball into the “D”, the following games were all won 3-0 but the girls kept their shape and marked well to close down the opposition, with another clean sheet for Emily in goal (who to date hasn’t let a goal in this season!)
Well done girls, be proud of how you played today not only as a team but with great sportsmanship.
