 We arrived at Surbiton on a very warm Sunday morning, with thunderstorms looming!

Following a warm up and a few quick exercises we prepared for our first game very quickly scoring from a well worked move up the right hand side, setting the standard for the morning.
The team worked hard and kept the passing and movement going throughout the games many playing in different positions.
Bea, Grace and Tamara tackled and distributed the ball well from the back and midfield while Jess, Martha and Isobel pressurised the opposition. Emily in goal made some great saves, only letting one goal past.
By the time the girls had played 5 games without a break they were exhausted but battled on, learning how passing the ball saves their energy, an amazing effort, girls, and a great start to the season, well done all you should be very proud of yourselves.
