The Men's 4s (really the 3s according to Fixtures Live) met at Reed's School for their first league match together against an experienced Cheam side...
The 4s had several youngsters playing their first men's game who were mentored superbly by the more experienced members of the team, particularly captain Tom Lyne. Unfortunately Guildford attacks were thwarted by some great Goalkeeping. Special mention to Adrian in goal who took a ball straight in the face and managed to prevent the ball from crossing the line. The game ended 4-1 to Cheam.
A decent first run out but some work to do. Roll on next match...
