Well done to all who came out for Summer Hockey on a Wednesday evening throughout the summer. Some evenings we had more than 50 players enjoying 7-a-side in a social atmosphere. Many thanks to Amanda McAllister who organised this from the start: booking pitch space, writing blurbs for InTouch, tweeting, being there week in and week out to register players and collect fees...
The hockey was so much fun that the group decided to also descend upon LaserQuest Woking at the end of it to try their hands at hitting each other with lasers instead of trying to get a ball past each other.
Fantastic fun-filled summer and thank you to all who helped organise and who came to play.
Also some terrific proceeds for the Club - really appreciate the efforts of all who helped or played or bought a drink at the bar. Well done!
