The club currently uses a few different systems mange the club and keep our members and the public informed:

Teamo - membership registration and subs payments, team management and communications, some club communications, some course bookings

Acuity - social event and course bookings

GMS - The England Hockey Game Management System for all league hockey in England (GHC play in South East and London Areas)

Website - information about the club (does not currently show live fixtures as we have not been given a widget by EH for the GMS

Canva - provides a link to our online weekly in-season newsletter, InTouch, and our triannual summary magazine The Scoop

InTouch - your weekly (in-season) round-up of GHC news: what's on, results, fixtures, events, news - please send items and photos to news@guildfordhc.com. InTouch is emailed to the whole club through teamomail.

The Scoop - your triannual online magazine summarising four months at key points during the season: (1 January (Sep-Dec), 1 May (Jan-Apr) and 1 September (May-Aug). The Scoop is emailed to the whole club through teammail.
