July - Fitness and Skills Sessions

The following sessions are running for players wishing to get fit for their upcoming JDC and JRPC sessions - please book using our form below so that we can plan the right number of coaches!

SAQ - all players welcome including GKs. Don't need your stick bag but you will need your determination to get fit and improve these fundamental skills including Speed, Agility and Quickness. JDCs are looking at player fitness levels and JRPC, it goes without saying, expect a high level of fitness. Come and get in shape! These session will take place on the football pitch at Broadwater School. This is the field on the other side of the school from the hockey club (closer towards Farncombe).

Hockey Skills - For JDC and JRPC players to brush the dust off of their skills and get ready for their camps. Sessions will take place at GHC (Water pitch). GKs also welcome - make sure you let us know you are coming so we can plan the sessions accordingly.

Please note that the SAQ session previously planned for Sunday 12 July has been moved to Saturday 11 July and the Skills session on Sunday 12 is not happening due to our coaches being involved with gofest2015 at the Surrey Sports Park.

It would be very helpful if you can let us know in advance which session(s) your child will attend. There is an online form below. Payments can be made by BACS or in cash on the day.

Unfortuantely there are costs involved in running hockey sessions. We try to keep these to a minimum and the more players we have the better we can spread the costs. There are 7 sessions available in total - please specify as soon as you can on the online form below the dates your player will attend.
