Many of us know that we have shared history with Guildford Cricket Club. Guildford HC was based at the facility on Woodbridge Road in Guildford, still is use today by the Cricket Club, until moving to our current facility at Broadwater. We even share a logo - if you look closely, you will how similar are the crests on our shirts.
Last week, four GHC Junior players were on the Boys Under 13 Guildford Cricket Club team that won the National Championships. Well done to Henry McMillan, Harry Relph, Harvey Skidmore and Chan Thilakawardana who played their way with the team to national glory. James Relph and Dean Skidmore were involved in the coaching.
Alistair Cook was there to congratulate the boys - what an experience! Well done to the boys and to our friends at Guildford Cricket Club!
